To celebrate Children's Mental Health Week, today you are going to have a Friday Treat Day. Today you are not going to be doing formal school work. Instead you can spend your time doing something you enjoy and makes you feel good. I will post on Seesaw some mindfulness colouring in sheets that you can print out at home and colour, should you choose to do this. Otherwise, have a rest from schoolwork and have fun!
