Once again, P6, you have impressed me with all the hard work you are doing while at home. Well done. As you can see, we have had to add on a few more weeks work as it is unlikely that we will be going back to school for the foreseeable future.
This week the weather forecast is telling me it is going to be warm and sunny!! Yippee....but hard to stay in and concentrate on work. As usual my advice is:- Do what you can, then get out into the sun and enjoy it. Have fun and continue to stay safe!
I am assigning new collections of books for you. Remember some may be easier than others. Make sure you complete the quiz if there is one otherwise it will not register you as having finished the book. You should be spending 15-20 minutes reading every day.
Next Sunday (24th May) is the Feast of the Ascension of Our Lord.
To help you understand what this special feast day is about, read the Factsheet attached and then see if you can complete the sequencing activity.
This week we are going to take a look at Viking Longhouses.
There is some information attached, but you may want to do your own research as well.
There is a worksheet attached you might like to try. Can you sell a Viking Longhouse??
Maybe some of you artists and construction workers out there could try actually building a model of a longhouse! Make sure and take a photo.
