We have been exploring human growth and growth in animals.
It has been so much fun.
Midwife Maeve paid us a visit to teach us all about what she does to care for babies and mummies too!
St Patrick's maternity ward was a big hit...Ms McAnulty's mummy (who is also a midwife) said she would love to work in our maternity ward!
We started learning all about baby animals and how they grow too. This week we focused on caterpillars and how they grow into beautiful butterflies 🦋
We even had a special visitor from Chef Mac, a cousin of Professor McAnulty, all the way from Germany, who invited us for a hungry caterpillar taster day! We had so much fun!
We went on our end of year trip to Tannaghmore Gardens and saw the baby animals who had just been born! We had such a great day!
